Remove it from the foil and place the ribs onto the grill. Cook for another 2 hours. (More or less time is required depending on the size and type of ribs used)

Grab one side with tongs and bend the ribs upward and back down a couple times. If the meat appears to pull away from the bone, it's ready for the sauce. If not, cook for another hour and check again.

Brush on your favorite barbecue sauce or make your own. Grill for a final 10 minutes with the lid off. Serve with extra sauce and lots of napkins.
